| Sludge drying system |

| The main purpose of this system is to dry and reduce the sludge with high water content, so as to facilitate the subsequent disposal of sludge and reduce energy consumption and cleaning costs. According to the heating method, sludge drying technology can be divided into direct heating type (rotary kiln, centrifugal type, air flow type) with hot air drying and indirect heating type (paddle type, vertical rotary type, flow type) with steam or hot oil as the medium. Bed type, fluidized bed type, hollow paddle type and screw conveyor mixed type); the goal is to dry the sludge under the condition of high efficiency and full energy saving to achieve the purpose of sludge reduction. |
