Compensation & Benefits

        1. Labor insurance, health insurance, group insurance:
             Our company legally insures employees with national health insurance, labor insurance, provision for retirement pensions, arrears salary advance fund ,and occupational accident insurance .An extra accident insurance and medical insurance are additionally insured for all employees.

        2. Regular health check:

            In order to provide employees with a safe and hygienic working environment and prevent occupational accidents, regular health checkups are conducted for employees every year for free. 

        3. The company has established an employee welfare committee to properly plan and provide various welfare measures for employees:

            (1) Coupons or gifts for four festivals .

            (2) Gift money for marriage, childbirth, birthday, new house completion and funeral ceremony.

            (3) Consolation money for hospitalization of injuries and illnesses.

            (4) Dinner at the end of the year.

            (5) Travel subsidies.

       4. Staff education and training:

            Provide diversified learning and career rotation development channels according to employees' abilities and professions.

            (1) Pre-employment training for new recruits The training courses arranged are to enable new recruits to understand the company's status, corporate culture, and major implementation policies of the company, so that new recruits can Understand the company, adapt to the environment, and integrate into the company culture in the shortest possible time.

            (2) On-the-job training Divided into generality and specialization, in addition to scheduling in-factory education and training according to the plan, each unit can also apply for dispatching personnel to participate in various activities outside the factory. Education and training courses conducted by training institutions.

            (3) Development training The training courses arranged in line with the company's vision, annual goals and future development plans are aimed at cultivating the skills needed for the future development of the organization talent.

        5. Retirement system and its implementation:

            (1) Our company has established employee retirement measures to stabilize the life of employees after retirement, and the employees who apply the "Labor Standards Law" pension system , Pension payment, 3% of the employee's monthly salary is withdrawn and stored in a Taiwan bank special account, and an actuary is appointed to pay for the labor Evaluate and calculate employee retirement reserves, and submit actuarial reports.

            (2) For employees who are eligible for the pension system of the "Labor Pension Act", the company allocates pensions based on 6% of the employee's monthly salary to Personal account of the Bureau of Labor Insurance.          6. Cash capital increase employee stock subscription: In order to gather employees' solidarity with the company, participate in the company's operations, and share the company's future operating results, in accordance with the provisions of the company law, all employees are reserved. Shares issued for new shares are purchased by company employees and handled in accordance with the company's "Employee Share Subscription Measures"
